Sean Cash - Owner

Sean has loved engines since he was 5. He grew up watching racing at Bandimere and was hooked on speed from an early age. In his early twenties, when figuring out his career path, he was obviously drawn to the automotive industry. He chose to attend the Ford Asset Training Program at Front Range Community College where he obtained an Associate's degree in Automotive Technology. While working towards his degree, he interned at Formby Ford in Dacono (now Interstate Ford) and worked there for 12 years before opening his own shop in 2011. Through the years he has obtained the highest level of certification offered by Ford, Senior Master Technician. Ford even awarded Sean and his wife an all expenses paid cruise to the Bahamas for achieving this distinct level of certification in 2005. Outside of the shop, Sean's passion is his family and his nitro fuel altered "The Rabble Rouser"



Kyle Hiner - Shop manager

Kyle is Sean's right hand man. He is, according to Sean, "one of the most talented technicians I've ever met." That's why Sean poached him from Longmont Ford years back in 2017. He, along with Sean and Brian, acquired the highest level of certification which is Ford Senior Master Diesel and Gas Technician. Kyle is intimately involved in every job at the shop and is involved in all higher level diagnosis. Kyle has a special ability to explain complicated repairs in more simple terms so the customer is comfortable and understands the repair process.



Kyle also proudly serves in the United State Air Force as a Cyber Security Analyst. Lucky's is so proud to have an incredible service member on our team.


















Brian Radostis- Ford Senior Master Diesel Technician


Brian is Lucky's lead shop technician. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the shop. Prior to working at Lucky's, Brian acquired Senior Master Gas and Diesel Certifications from Ford and was a high school automotive instructor. Known for his dry, sarcastic sense of humor, Brian is not only fun to have around but is truly an asset to the team.



Justin Kamas - Service Advisor


Justin is the Man that will guide you through your repair experience when you first call in. He works closely with all the technicians to ensure the parts are ordered and customer timelines are met. He has inner connections with the Ford parts industry which allows Lucky's special access to parts throughout the country which is crucial nowadays and invaluable. One of our favorite things about Justin is his excitement and love for all things Christmas.








Technician- Josh Booth

Josh was born in St. George, Utah and moved to Colorado in 2014. He has always been interested in cars and trucks so naturally he was drawn to becoming a tech. Josh most enjoys working on the 6.0 engine. Josh started as an apprentice working closely with the senior master techs and after a couple years worked his way up to an independent technician. He is meticulous with every job he does. When he is not at work, he enjoys playing video and board games with his wife and a little guitar every now and then.



Technician - Will Cannela

Will came to Lucky's fresh out of high school having finished the automotive program offered through the Career Development Center. He has an eagerness to become a top notch diesel mechanic. We at Lucky's saw this enthusiasm for the industry and welcomed him as an apprentice. He works closely with the senior master techs and we have been impressed with how quickly he has picked up the trade and his attention to detail. We are excited to be able to teach this trade to the next generation.
